Note on the case of Old Crown Trust Limited and others – v – The Guernsey Financial Services Commission

This case was heard in public on 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th November 2004, and the Guernsey Financial Services Tribunal delivered its opinion on the matter thereafter. However, the application in relation to which the Tribunal had been asked to give its opinion was ultimately withdrawn, so that the Guernsey Financial Services Commission was not called upon to reach a final decision in relation to the application.
